143 homes under contract this past week with a median price $260k, $131/sf.

5 of 143 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss). Another 19% was new construction. 

18 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $319k - $1.7M. Median $575k, $215/sf.

7  Charleston peninsula homes under contract were listed from $380k - $1.6M. Median $605k, $368/sf.

12 Island homes under contract this past week. James Island -5, John's Island -5, IOP -1($2.6M), Daniel Island -1.

5 James Island homes under contract were listed from $365k - $1.35M. Median $449k, $183/sf.

5 Johns Island single homes under contract were listed from $65k - $333k.   Median $250k, $137/sf.

17 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $160k - $599k. Median $330k, $157/sf.

13 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $46k - $440k.  Median $185k, $135/sf

46 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $50k - $580k.  Median $236k, $113/sf. 2 were either fc/ss or 16 were new construction.

30 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $138k - $430k. 
Median $227k, $116/sf.  0 fc/ss and only 3 were new construction.

32 condo/townhomes under contract this past week and only 1 was either a fc/ss and only 3 new construction.
