257 homes under contract with a median list price $269k, $137/sf. 5 (2%) of 257 homes under contract past were either foreclosures/short sales (fc/ss). Another 9% new
construction. 

40 Mount Pleasant homes under contract past week were listed from $319k - $1.8M. Median $500k, $219/sf. 

6 Peninsula Charleston single family homes under contract past week were listed from $240k - $4.2M. 
Median $620k, $470/sf. 

27 island single under contract past week. James-14, Folly- 2 , John's Island-3, Wadmalaw-
1, Kiawah Island -1($498k), Seabrook Island - 1, Sullivan's Island-1($1.6M), IOP- 1, Wild Dunes-2, Daniel Island - 1.

14 James Island homes under contract past week were listed from $129k - $1.25M. Median $332k, $195/sf. 

28 West Ashley homes under contract past week were listed from $205k - $875k.  Median $307k, $171/sf.
