256 Charleston Properties Under Contract 12/8 -12/14/17!


201 Charleston area homes under contract had a median price $260k, $136/sf. 

4% of 201 homes under contract were either foreclosures/short sales (fc/ss).  11% was new construction.

26 Mount Pleasant homes went under contract and were listed from $262k - $1.9M. Median $513k, $215/sf. 

7 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $195k - $2.45M. Median $549k, $348/sf.

38 Island homes under contract this past week. James Island -11, Folly Beach -2, Johns Island -15, Edisto Beach -1, Seabrook Island-2, Isle of Palms (IOP) -2, Wild Dunes-1, Daniel Island -4.

11 James Island homes under contract were listed from $230k - $950k. Median $425k, $190/sf

15 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $227k - $675k. Median $308k, $151/sf.

22 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $120k - $549k.  Median $287k, $154/sf. 

9 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $80k - $410k.  Median $170k, $119/sf. 

44 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $50k - $439k. 
Median $220k, $116/sf. 2 fc/ss and 0 new construction.

50 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $70k - $500k. 
Median $211k, $116/sf.  4 fc/ss and 6 new construction. 

51 condo/townhomes under contract and only 1 was either a fc/ss!
