Summerville, SC areas 62,63 market update for single family detached reflects average sales price year to date is down by 2.1%, with closed sales down for the month of June compared to last year by 17% and year to date down by 5.8%. As of today, there are 741 single family detached listings with the Charleston Multiple Listing Service.  262 properties are currently either contingent or pending in areas 62 and 63 with list prices ranging from $29,900 to $424,911. As of today, there have been 652 single family homes sold in areas 62 and 63 compared to 679 this time last year.
