277 Charleston single family homes under contract with a median price $275k, $138/sf. 6 under $100k. Median 17 CDOM. Median Yr Built 1998. Only 1% was either a foreclosure/short sale (fc/ss) and 7% new construction.

35 Mount Pleasant SC homes went under contract this past week and were listed from $250k - $1.3M. Median $507k, $228/sf.

5 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract with list prices $485k-$845k. 

33 Charleston area island homes under contract. James Island -9, Folly Beach-1, Johns Island -6, Edisto Island -4, Seabrook Island-4, Sullivan Island-1, Isle of Palms (IOP)-2, Wild Dunes-2, Daniel Island-4($724k-$2.5M)

9 James Island homes under contract were listed from $250k-$500k. Median $345k, $240/sf.

6 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $279k-$980k. Median $345k, $165/sf

24 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $200k-$520k. Median $320k, $171/sf.

20 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $55k-$640k.  Median $198k, $133/sf.

70 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $95k-$555k.  Median $239k, $118/sf

85 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $50k-$448k. 13 Cane Bay. Median $225k, $127/sf.

68 condo/townhomes went under contract and only 1 was a fc/ss!
