310 Charleston SC homes under contract this past week with a median price $288k, $147/sf. Median 18 CDOM and Median year built 2002.  Only 3% of the homes under contract were either bank owned or short sales (fc/ss).  7% was new construction. 

41 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $320k-$1.4M. Median $575k, $239/sf.

11 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $385k-$2.7M. Median $550k, $375/sf. 

49 Charleston island homes under contract past week. James Island -18, Folly Beach-3, Johns Island-10, Wadmalaw Island -1, Kiawah Island -2, Seabrook Island -5($489k-$1.05M), IOP-1, Wild Dunes-
3, Daniel Island -6.

18 James Island homes under contract were listed from $245k-$2.2M. Median $347k, $207/sf. 

10 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $240k-$750k. Median $332k, $163/sf. 

24 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $100k-$800k.  Median $328k, $175/sf. 

30 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $85k-$345k. Median $201k, $122/sf.

72 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $108k-$475k.  
Median $244k, $129/sf. 3 were either fc/ss and 9 were new construction. 

77 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $99k-$678k. 
Median $230k, $126/sf. 1 was either a fc/ss and 3 new construction.

67 condo/townhomes under contract and 0 were fc/ss!  past wk.
