204 homes under contract had a median price $285k, $140/sf. Median 67 CDOM. Median year built 1998. Only 4% of the 204 homes under contract were either a foreclosure or short sale (fc/ss).  5% were new construction.

25 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $298k-$1.25M. Median $499k, $213/sf. 0 new construction.

3 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract with list prices $415k,$625k,$631k.

30 Charleston island homes under contract. James Island -11, Folly Beach-2, Johns Island -6, Edisto Beach-2, Seabrook Island-2, Sullivan's Island-1, IOP-3, Wild Dunes-1, Daniel Island-2.

11 James Island homes under contract were listed from $275k-$519k. Median $355k, $214/sf.

6 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $293k-$482k. Median $445k, $175/sf. 

21 West Ashley single family homes under contract past wk LISTED from $125k-$515k. 2 under $200k. Median $309k, $172/sf. 

17 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $48k-$325k.  Median $177k, $128/sf. 

56 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $102k-$725k. Median $239k, $123/sf.  4 fc/ss and only 3 new construction.

48 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $53k-$475k. Median
$231k, $123/sf. 3 fc/ss. 

43 condo/townhomes under contract and only 1 was fc/ss and 3 new construction.
