362 Charleston residential properties went under contract last week. 297 were single family homes with a median price of $250k, $124/sf. 15 homes were listed under $100k and 12 were over $1M. Median of only 28 days on the market. Median year built 1999.
15(5%) of 297 single family homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss). Another 8% were new construction.
50 Mt. Pleasant single family homes went under contract over the past week and were listed from $249k - $1.4M. Median price was $527k, $204/sf. 6 were in Park West. 26 were under $500k. 1 was under $150/sf. 6(12%) were new construction.
15 Peninsula Charleston single family homes went under contract over the past week and were listed between $160k - $875k. Median was $410k at $276/sf. 2 were under $325k. 4 were above $600k. 7 were south of the crosstown.
