Strong Summer Real Estate Market!

Summer is coming to an end, and the kids are back to school here in the Lowcountry.  A typically slow period in most of the country, buying activity hasn't lost momentum in our market.  Here are some of the stats from last week:

  • 331 homes under contract

  • 38 Mt Pleasant single family homes under contract LISTED from $292k-$1.2M. 6 in Park West. Median $465k,$209/sq. ft. 

  • 11 James Island single family homes under contract LISTED from $245k-$625k. Median $349k,$191/sq. ft.

  • 13 Johns Island single family homes under contract LISTED from $220k-$1.7M. Median $375k,$198/sq.ft. 3(23%) new construction.

  • 27 West Ashley single family homes under contract LISTED from $110k-$599k. 2 under $175k. 3 Pierpont. Median $269k,$154/sq. ft.

  • 29 North Chas single family homes under contract LISTED from $30k-$440k. 4 under $100k.  5 Park Circle. Median $190k,$107/sq. ft.

  • 58 Summerville/Ladson single family homes under contract LISTED from $125k-$425k. 5 Bridlewood. 

  • 62 Hanahan/Gs Creek/Moncks Cnr single family homes under contract LISTED from $69k-$475k. 9 Cane Bay.
