167 Charleston area properties under contract 9.14 - 9.20.18.
Isle of Palms after Hurricane Forence 
136 Charleston homes went under contract this past week with a median list price $297k, $149/sf. Median 26 CDOM. Only 1 of the 136 homes under contract were either a foreclosure or short sale (fc/ss)

15 Mount Pleasant SC homes under contract were listed from $399k - $1.4M. Median $500k, $247/sf. 0 new construction.

7 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract and were listed from $325k - $995k. Median $575k, $340/sf. 

26 Charleston's island homes went under contract. James Island -10, Folly Beach -1, Johns Island -9, Edisto Beach-3, Seabrook Island-1, Wild Dunes-1($1.15M), Daniel Island-1. 

10 James Island homes under contract were listed from $295k-$495k. Median $369k, $214/sf. 

9 Johns Island homes went under contract with list prices from $230k-$539k. Median $353k, $154/sf.

7 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $205k-$429k. Median $299k, $194/sf. 

6 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $69k-$222k.  Median $182k, $119/sf.

36 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $92k-$615k. Median $223k, $130/sf. 0 fc/ss. 

38 Hanahan/oose Creek/Moncks Corner  homes under contract were listed from $31k-$1.2M.  Median $235k, $128/sf. 0 fc/ss and only 4 were new construction. 

28 condo/townhomes under contract this past week and there were 0 fc/ss and only 2 new construction!
