Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes market update for single family detached reflects average sales price year to date is down by 10.9%, with closed sales up for the month of June 2011 compared to last year by 54.5%, but year to date up by 15.1%. As of today, there are 230 single family detached listings with the Charleston Multiple Listing Service. 22 properties are currently either contingent or pending in area 44 & 45 with list prices ranging from $275,000 to $1,790,000. As of today, there have been 72 single family homes sold compared to 69 this time last year. The homes sales on the island are getting better everyday!
