 295 residential properties under contract 10.20-10.26.17!Pumpkins and Mums

236 homes under contract with a median list price $267k, $139/sf.  29 CDOM. Median year built 2003. 2% under contract were either foreclosures/short sales. (fc/ss) and 13% was new construction.

29 island homes under contract past week. James Island -11, Folly Beach-1, Johns Island -6, Edisto Beach-2, Seabrook Island -2, Sullivan Island -1($1.7M), Isle of Palms -3, Daniel Island -3.

37 Mount Pleasant homes under contract past week were listed from $250k - $1.45M.  Median $580k, $223/sf.

4 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract past week with list prices $400k - $950k

11 James Island single family homes under contract past week were listed from $225k-$739k. Median $465k, $187/sf.

6 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $285k-$460k. Median $361k, $166/sf.

31 West Ashley homes under contract were listed LISTED from $75k-$2.4M. Median $290k, $162/sf. 

17 North Chas homes under contract were listed from $80k-$335k.  Median $209k, $117/sf.

60 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $101k-$558k. Median $215k, $117/sf.  10 were new construction

55 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $89k-$549k. 
Median $200k, $121/sf.

55 condo/townhomes under contract past week.  14 Mount Pleasant condos.
