In Mount Pleasant and across Charleston, the real estate market remained busy last week. Over 400 properties went under contract!
39 Mount Pleasant homes went under contract, with a median price of $215 per sq. ft!
100 of the homes under contract were in Hanahan/Goose Creek. 10% were new construction. 37 were in West Ashley, and 88 of 412 homes under contract were townhouses or condos.
