438 residential properties under contract 3.2 - 3.8.18! 207 Fishburne St. Charleston SC

346 single family homes went under contract this past week with a median list price $295k, $146/sf.Median 20 CDOM. Only 1% were either a foreclosure/short sale (fc/ss) and another 15% were new construction.

45 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $299k-$1.7M.  Median $545k, $220/sf.

11 CharlestonPeninsula homes under contract were listed from $249k-$1.6M.  Median $642k, $285/sf.

63 island homes under contract this past week. James Island -21, Folly Beach- 5, John's Island 10, Kiawah Island-1($2.8M), Edisto Beach-6, Seabrook Island- 5, IOP-6 ($595k-$3M), Wild Dunes-3, Daniel Island- 6

21 James Island homes under contract were listed from$220k-$1.1M. Median $322k, $206/sf

10 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $232k-$799k. Median$328k, $164/sf.

38 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $160k-$870k. Median $319k, $155/sf.

32 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $45k-$379k.  Median $205k, $136/sf.

91 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $53k-$640k. Median $225k, $120/sf.  1 was either a fc/ss and another 5 were new construction.

68 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $49k-$408k. Median $242k, $119/sf. 0 fc/ss and 18 were new construction.

82 condo/townhomes under contract this past week and there were 0 fc/ss!!
