Only 2% of 190 homes under contract were either foreclosures/short sales (fc/ss) Another 12% new
construction. 

26 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $315k - $1.5M. Median $592k, $224/sf

6 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $145k - $1.75M. Median $365k, $278/sf.

10 Johns Island  homes under contract were listed from $180k - $950k.  Median$425k, $168/sf. 

13 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $180k - $1.3M. Median $240k, $168/sf. 

18 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $75k - $369k. Median $210k, $118/sf.

39 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $29k - $475k. Median $216k, $122/sf.
