New Construction Is Most Attractive!

New construction now makes up over one-third of all residential properties under contract. This percentage is continuing to rise at a slow and steady pace. Foreclosures and short sales remain, but at a low rate. The chart below compares these "non-traditional" sales from last year to those under contract as of last week.
