349 homes under contract with a median list price $299k, $151/sf.  Median 20 CDOM and median year built 1999.
8 of the 349 homes under contract were either a foreclosure or short sale (fc/ss) and another 8 % was new construction.

55 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $260k-$1.7M. Median
$500k, $214/sf. 

12 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $320k-$2.5M. Median $455k, $329/sf. 3 over $1M. 8 South of the crosstown.

55 Charleston island homes under contract. James Island -25, Folly Beach -4, John's Island -11, Wadmalaw Island-1, Edisto Beach -4, Seabrook Island -2, Isle of Palms (IOP)-
5, Wild Dunes-1, Daniel Island-2.

25 James Island homes under contract were listed from $245k-$1M. Median $369k, $214/sf. 

11 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $199k-$695k. Median $335k, $152/sf. 

38 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $140k-$839k. Median $317k, $175/sf. 

32 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $35k-$375k. Median $200k, $126/sf. 3 new construction and 4 in Park Circle.

83 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $72k-$585k. Median $245k, $128/sf. 1 was either a fc/ss and 4 were new construction.

69 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract werelisted from $95k-$389k. Median $240k, $128/sf. 2 were either fc/ss and 6 new construction. 

91 condo/townhomes under contract and 0 were either a fc/ss!!!!
