Isle of Palms, SC Market Update Dec. 2010
It is exciting to see positive changes in the real estate market. The average days on the market decreased for both single-family detached and townhouse-condo attached. Closed sales for single-family detached was up from 92 units in 2009 to 121 units 2010. The same positive change for closed sales for townhouse-condo attached happened with 37 units in 2009 to and increase of 47 in 2010. I think if you are looking on Isle of Palms, it is certainly a great time to buy while rates are low!
