As of today, there are 802 single family detached listings with the Charleston Multiple Listing Service. 384 properties are currently either contingent or pending in areas 72, 73, 74 and 76 with list prices ranging from $35,000 to $450,000. As of today, there have been 831 single family homes sold in these areas compared to 866 this time last year.
