224 Charleston Properties Under Contract 11.16 - 11.22.18.

181 homes went under contract with a median list price $270k, $143/sf. Median 34 CDOM and median year built 1995. Only 1 of the homes under contract was either foreclosures/short sales (fc/ss) and 8% was new construction.

24 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $319k-$1.4M. Median $550k, $234/sf. and only 4 were new construction.

8 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $210k-$2.2M. Median $465k. $288/sf.

22 island homes under contract. James Island -7, Folly Beach -1, Johns Island -4, Kiawah Island -1($3.35M), Edisto Beach-1, Seabrook Island -1, Sullivans Island -1, IOP-3, Daniel Island -3.

7 James Island homes under contract were listed from $339k-$769k. Median $364k, $214/sf. 

4 Johns Island homes under contract were from $280k-$610k. Median $334k, $171/sf.

17 West Ashley homes under contract past wk LISTED from $210k-$895k. Median $329k, $181/sf. 

16 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $40k-$380k.  Median $179k, $126/sf. 

39 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from  from $92k-$750k. 
Median $239k, $118/sf.  Only 1 fc/ss and 4 were new construction. 

49 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $66k-$416k. 
Median $225k, $123/sf. 0 fc/ss and only 1 new construction.

36 condo/townhomes under contract and only 1 was either a fc/ss and 5 were new construction.
