Closed Homes Sales on Daniel Island +70.0%

This is too exciting to see a change in closed sales of +70.0% on Daniel Island! I certainly like blogging about good news, especially in real estate. The change in inventory for single family and townhouse-condos have decreased by 38.6% and that is certainly moving in the right direction.
