Closed Home Sales up 15% on Sullivan's Island!

Sullivan's Island, SC area 43 market update for single family detached reflects average sales price year to date is down by 1.4%, with closed sales year to date up by 150% compared to last year!!! As of today, there are 53 single family detached listings with the Charleston Multiple Listing Service.  9 properties are currently either contingent or pending in area 43 with list prices ranging from $660,000 to $2,695,000. As of today, there have been 22 single family homes sold in area 43 compared to 10 this time last year.  Sullivan's Island homes are selling and that sounds good.
