215 Charleston homes under contract with a median list price $273k, $145/sf. Median 42 CDOM. Median year built 1997. Only 6 of the 215 homes were either a foreclosure/short sale (fc/ss).

25 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $325k-$1.9M. Median $480k, $210/sf. 
6 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $295k-$2M. Median $1M. $617/sf. 

35 Island homes under contract last week. James Island -13, Folly Beach-4, Johns Island -4, Kiawah Island -1, Edisto Beach -5($317k - $875k), Seabrook Island -3, Sullivans Island-1, Isle of Palms or IOP-1, Wild Dunes-1($2.3M),Dan-2($1.1M,$1.5M)

13 James Island homes under contract were listed from $285k - $625k. Median $360k, $209/sf. 

4 Johns Island homes under contract with list prices $125k - $360k. 

21 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $198k-$750k. 3 over $500k. Median $300k, $165/sf. 

19 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $50k-$392k. Median $160k, $108/sf. 

58 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $80k-$525k. Median $236k, $121/sf. Only 2 were either fc/ss and 5 were new construction.

49 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $117k-$560k. 
Median $215k, $128/sf. Only 1 was either a fc/ss. 4 were new construction.

47 Charleston condo/townhomes under contract and 0 were either fc/ss and only 2 were new construction.
