Charleston SC Homes Update352 Charleston Area Properties Under Contract 2.8 - 2.14.19!

293 Charleston SC homes under contract with a median list price $290k, $159/sf. Median 33 CDOM and  median year built 2001.  Only 2% of the homes under contract were either foreclosures/short sales (fc/ss) and 11% was new construction. 

47 Mount Pleasant homes under contract with a list price from $209k-$3M. Median $539k, $232/sf. 

12 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $395k-$7.95M. Median $539k, $232/sf.

44 Charleston island homes under contract this past week. James Island -16, Johns Island -13, Edisto Beach-3, Seabrook Island -2, Sullivans Island -1, Isle of Palms (IOP)-6,Wild Dunes-1, Daniel Island-2.

16 James Island homes under contract were listed from $245k-$2.25M. 4 over $450k. Median $359k, $191/sf.

13 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $223k-$634k. Median $310k, $175/sf. 

38 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $140k-$1.15M. Median $302k, $172/sf. 

23 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $77k-$320k.  Median $227k, $124/sf.

59 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $108k-$425k. 8 under $175k. Median $248k, $127/sf. 

65 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $97k-$613k. Median $234k, $125/sf. 

57 condo/townhomes under contract and 0 were either a fc/ss.
