The homebuying activity in Charleston SC Area 51 in January is great! The inventory of homes is down by 31.% compared to Jan. of 2012 and the days on the market is down too. A good sign... There have been 24 single family detached homes sold since Jan. 1, 2013 with a sales prices from $175,000 - $5,000,000. Average Sales Price is up 9.9% compared to 2012.
