308 homes under contract this past week with a median list price $299k, $140sf. 15 over $1M. Median 21 CDOM.

Only 4 of the 308 homes under contract past were either foreclosures/short sales (fc/ss) Another 12% new construction. 

47 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $270k - $1.65M. Median $570k, $228/sf. 

16 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $349k - $2.4M. Median $547k, $365/sf. 

45 island single family homes under contract this past week. James Island -18, Folly Beach - 1, Johns Island -9, Edisto Beach- 1($1.2M), Seabrook Island -3, Sullivan's Island -2, IOP- 6($589k-$3.25M),Wild Dunes -3, Daniel Island -2

18 James Island homes under contract were listed from $219k-$475k, $206/sf.

9 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $188k - $550k.  Median $295k, $148/sf.

37 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $85k-$1.1M.  Median $300k, $151/sf. 

23 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $25k - $635k.  Median $255k, $135/sf. 

63 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $95k - $675k. Median $225k, $119/sf.  0 fc/ss. 7 were new construction. 

74 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $80k - $525k. Median $212k, $118/sf. Only 1 fc/ss. 12 new construction.

61 condo/townhomes under contract in the Charleston area and only 4 were either fc/ss.
