243 homes under contract had a median list price $276k, $137/sf. Median 34 CDOM. Median year built 1996.  Only 2% of the homes were either foreclosures/short sales (fc/ss). 7% was new construction.

29 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $348k-$1.5M. Median $480k, $240/sf. 

6 Charleston peninsula homes under contract with list prices $450k -$1.4M. 

38 island homes under contract this past week. James Island -9, Folly Beach -1, Johns Island -12, Wadmalaw Island -1, Edisto Beach -
4, Sullivan's Island -1($3.3M), IOP-4, Daniel Island-6

9 James Island homes under contract were listed from $270k-$1.5M.  Median $415k, $246/sf. 

12 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $120k-$639k.  Median $355k, $168/sf. 

24 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $42k-$500k. Median $325k, $152/sf. 

20 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $55k-$335k. Median $204k, $122/sf. 

58 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $80k-$995k. Median $218k, $126/sf. 

65 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $60k-$439k. Median $220k, $125/sf. 

60 condo/townhomes under contract and only 1 was either a fc/ss and 6 were new construction.
