9 of the 308 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss) and 11% new construction.

45 Island homes went under contract this past week. James Island -15, Folly Beach -2, Johns Island -11, Kiawah Island -1($2.2M), Edisto Beach-3, Seabrook Island -4, Sullivan's Island-2, IOP-3, Wild Dunes-3, Daniel Island -1.

15 James Island homes under contract were listed from $99k-$699k. Median $345k, $202/sf. 

11 Johns Island homes went under contract and were listed from $239k - $504k. Median $299k, $152/sf. 

47 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $68k-$650k. Median $320k ,$160/sf. 

21 North Charleston homes under contract and were listed from $39k-$290k. Median$182k, $118/sf. 


54 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $310k - $1.6M.  Median $542k, $219/sf.

14 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $254k-$1.8M. Median $713k, $327/sf. 

65 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $35k-$480k. Median $250k, $123/sf. 


61 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $40k-$960k.
