216 single family homes went under contract with a median list price $300k, $150/sf.   

3 of the 216 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss). 14% new construction.

32 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $365k - $1.1M. Median $522k, $227/sf. 2 under $165/sf. 9 or 28% were new construction.

7 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $335k - $4.3M. Median $729k, $363/sf. 

35 island single family homes went under contract. James Island -11, Folly Beach - 3, John's Island-6, Edisto Beach- 1, Sullivan's Island -2- ($2.25M, $2.95M), IOP- 1, Wild Dunes-5, Daniel Island-6.

11 James Island homes under contract were listed from $200k - $715k.  Median $400k, $200/sf. 

6 Johns Island single family homes under contract were listed from $170k - $710k.  Median $312k, $174/sf. 

27 West Ashley single family homes under contract were listed from $165k - $545k. Median $300k, $172/sf. 

23 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $53k - $413k. Median $219k, $122/sf.

45 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $84k - $480k. Median $225k, $117/sf.

45 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $119k - $380k. Median $216k, $119/sf.  

75 condo/townhomes under contract last week and only one was either a fc/ss!
