227 homes went under contract with a median list price $287k, $141/sf. Median 24 CDOM and median year built 2004.  1% of 227 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss)

24 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $325k-$1.65M. Median $567k, $208/sf. 

5 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $339k-$419k. 

38 Charelston island homes under contract this past week. James Island -17, Johns Island -9, Edisto Beach -1, Seabrook Island -1, IOP-
3 and Daniel Island -7.

7 Daniel Island homes under contract were listed from $579k-$1.5M. Median $925k, $257/sf.

17 James Island homes under contract were listed from $269k - $2.75M. Median $400k, $198/sf.

9 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $197k-$1.3M. Median $330k, $184/sf.

27 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $170k-$665k.  Median $300k, $156/sf. 

19 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $48k-$349k. Median $215k, $116/sf. 

56 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $130k-$1M. over $350k. Median $228k, $120/sf. Only 1 was either a fc/ss.

55 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $75k-$810k. Median $235k, $119/sf. 0 fc/ss. 8 were new construction.
