338 homes under contract with a median list price $300k, $150/sf. Median 23 CDOM. Median year built 2002.  Only 2 of the 338 homes under contract were either a foreclosure or short sale (fc/ss) and another 7% was new construction. 

54 Mount Pleasant SC homes under contract were listed from $345k-$3M. Median $514k, $201/sf. 

11 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $260k-$1.4M. Median $650k, $364/sf. 

49 Charleston island homes under contract. James Island -21, Folly Beach-1, Johns island -10, Wadmalaw Island-1, Edisto Beach-2, Seabrook Island-2, Sullivans Island -1($2.4M), Isle of Palms (IOP)-2, Wild Dunes-1($750k), Daniel Island-8.

21 James Island homes under contract were listed from $200k-$635k. $170/sf. Median $370k, $214/sf. 

10 Johns Island  homes under contract were listed from $245k-$650k. Median $374k, $164/sf. 

35 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $174k-$975k. Median $335k, $186/sf. 

26 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $49k-$308k.  Median $144k, $120/sf. 

82 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $120k-$585k.  Median $240k, $130/sf. 

76 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $39k-$670k. 6 Median $231k, $121/sf. 1 was either a fc/ss and 3 were new construction. 

80 Charleston condo/townhomes under contract and only 2 were either a fc/ss.
