236 homes under contract with a median list price $265k, $144/sf.  Median 22 CDOM. Median year built 2000.  Only 2 of the 236 homes that went under contract were either a foreclosure or short sale (fc/ss). Another 11% was new construction.

26 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $330k-$1.5M. 2 Median $523k, $205/sf.  Only 3 were new construction.

6 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $175k-$6M. Median $437k, $373/sf. 

39 Charleston area island homes under contract. James Island -13, Folly Beach-2, Johns Island -9, Kiawah Island -1, Edisto Beach-2, Seabrook Island -1, Sullivans Island -1($1.3M), IOP-4($675k - $2.55M), Wild Dunes-1($1.05M), Daniel Island -5 ($560k - $2.2M)

13 James Island homes under contract were listed from $140k-$575k. 1 under $230k. Median $350k, $218/sf.  0 new construction.

9 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $149k-$370k. Median $285k, $148/sf. 

17 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $190k-$400k. Median $275k, $173/sf.

22 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $55k-$430k.  Median $173k, $125/sf. 

66 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $130k-$660k.  Median $245k, $126/sf. 2 fc/ss and 15 were new construction. 

58 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $80k-$408k. Median $235k, $121/sf.  0 fc/ss and 4 new construction. 

59 Charleston area condo/townhomes under contract this past week and 0 were either fc/ss and only 1 new construction.
