232 Single family homes went under with a median list price $287k, $145/sf.  Median 37 CDOM. Median built 1997. Only 3 were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss) and 11% was new construction.

30 Mount Pleasant homes under contract last week were listed from $356k-$1.5M. Median $552k, $223/sf.  3 new construction.

10 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $175k-$1.3M. Median $509k, $378/sf. 

34 island homes under contract this past week. James Island-13, Folly Beach -5($435k - $1.2M),Johns Island -8, Kiawah Island -
1($1M), Edisto Beach -2($219k,$1.35M), Sullivans Island-1($2.3M), IOP-1, Wild Dunes-2, Daniel Island -1.

13 James Island homes under contract were listed from $258k-$649k. Median $380k, $214/sf.

8 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $204k-$8.9M. Median $299k, $177/sf. 2 of the 8 were new construction.

28 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $159k-$1.4M.  Median $361k, $182/sf

20 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $59k-$310k. Median $180k, $114/sf. 

50 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $75k-$500k. Median $230k, $123/sf. 0 fc/ss and 11 were new construction.

56 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $50k-$645k. Median $220k, $129/sf.  0 fc/ss and only 7 new construction. 

63 condo/townhomes under contract and only 1 was either a fc/ss and 2 new construction.
