251 homes under contract with a median list price $274k, $138/sf. Median 21 CDOM. Median year built 2000.

1% of the 251 Charleston homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).  Another 11% new construction.

32 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $315k - $3.2M. Median $539k, $216/sf.
4 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract with list prices $200k - $700k.

27 Island homes under contract this past week. James Island -11, Folly Beach -2($599k, $1.75M), Johns Island -7, Wadmalaw Island -1, Edisto Beach -1, Seabrook Island -2, Sullivans Island -1($2.7M), IOP-1, Daniel Island-1($1.5M)

11 James Island homes under contract were listed from $240k - $698k. Median $350k, $210/sf. 

7 Johns Island homes under contract was listed from $295k - $585k. Median $445k, $168/sf. 

23 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $170k - $825k.  Median $320k, $170/sf. 

22 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $66k - $442k. Median $208k, $135/sf.

72 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $159k-  $595k. Median $227k, $123/sf. 

66 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $115k - $485k.Median $238k, $120/sf.

63 condo/townhomes under contract this past week and only 3 were with fc/ss.
