302 homes under contract with a median list price $295k, $147/sf.  Median 21 CDOM & Median year built 1998. Only 2% were either a foreclosure or short sale (fc/ss) and 9% was new construction.

40 Mount Pleasant homes under contract wee listed from $259k-$1.8M. Median $450k, $227/sf. 

10 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $295k-$7M. Median $1.1M, $465/sf.

49 Charleston area island homes under contract past week. James Island -16, Folly Beach-5, Johns Island-15, Wadmalaw Island -2, Kiawah Island-1, Edisto Beach-2, Sullivans Island -1($1.7M), IOP-
3, Wild Dunes-3, Daniel Island-1.

16 James Island homes under contract were listed from $250k-$2.35M. Median $405k, $226/sf. 

15 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $258k-$850k. Median $430k, $178/sf. 

36 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $138k-$1.35M. Median $326k, $163/sf. 

22 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $68k-$439k.  Median $197k, $139/sf. 

65 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $90k-$479k. 
Median $240k, $122/sf.  

77 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $100k-$575k. 
Median $233k, $122/sf. Only 2 were either fc/ss and 14 were new construction. 

87 Charleston condo/townhomes under contract and only 1 was either a fc/ss.
