255 homes under contract past with a median list price $270k, $138/sf.  Median 17 CDOM (cumulative days on the market). Median Year Built 1999.  10 of these properties were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).

32 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $339k - $1.2M. Median $524k, $216/sf. 

13 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $325k - $1.75M.  Median $650k, $430/sf. 

34 island homes under contract past week. James Island -14, Folly Beach -3, Johns Island-5, Kiawah Island-2, Edisto Beach -4, Seabrook Island-1, Sullivan's Island-1, IOP-2, Wild Dunes-2.

14 James Island homes under contract were listed from $235k - $799k. Median $380k, $196/sf. 

5 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $250k - $725k. Median$287k, $176/sf. 

25 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $60k - $790k. Median $299k, $141/sf. 

20 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $55k - $332k. Median $160k, $104/sf.

69 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $135k - $579k. Median $214k, $121/sf. 

60 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $60k - $1M. Median$225k, $118/sf.  5 were either fc/ss. 7 were new construction.


75 condo/townhomes under contract this past week and None of them were either fc/ss!
