Change in Inventory -24.9% in Mt. Pleasant, SC!

Mt. Pleasant SC area 41 which is North of Hwy 41 has a 24.9% decrease in inventory! It also has a significant decrease of 30.6% change in new listings.  Year to date for single family detached closed is 460 compared to Sept. of 2010 of 438 which calculates to a 5% increase. Average sales price for single family detached for the month of Sept 2011 over 2010 has an increase of 1.2%! With both single family detached and townhouse-condo inventory, both are down over 22% for September.  Mt. Pleasant SC homes are selling.
