248 of the homes under contract had a median list price $280k, $142/sf. Median 34 CDOM. 2% of the 248 homes were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).

20 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $300k - $1.3M. Median $512k, $220/sf.

9 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $240k-$2.3M. Median $675k, $441/sf. 

42 Island homes under contract this past week. James Island 13, Folly Beach -1($1.2M), Johns Island -12, Edisto Beach -3, Seabrook Island -4, Sullivans Island -1($2.7M), IOP-5, Wild Dunes-3.

13 James Island homes under contract were listed from $160k-$1.1M.  Median $430k, $201/sf. 

12 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $150k-$2M.  Median $422k, $183/sf. 

31 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $90k-$825k. Median $294k, $162/sf. 

23 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $50k-$390k. Median $215k, $122/sf. 

59 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $110k-$615k. Median $232k, $118/sf.  10% was new construction.

61 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract was listed from $95k-$532k. 
Median $242k, $121/sf. Only 1 was either fc/ss and 13% new construction.

66 Charleston condo/townhomes under contract and only 1 was a fc/ss and 0 new construction.
