175 King George St. Daniel Island SC mls 18020482368 Charleston SC Properties Under Contract 7.13 - 7.1918!

289 Charleston area homes under contract with a median list price $260k, $138/sf. Median 19 CDOM. Median Year built 2001.
Only 4 of 289 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss) Another 8% new construction. 

38 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $340k - $1.35M. Median $513k, $216/sf.

4 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract with list prices between $299k - $540k.

29 Island homes under contract this past week. James Island -12, Folly Beach-1, John's Island-1, Kiawah Island-1, Edisto Beach-1, Seabrook Island -3, Sullivan's Island -2, Isle of Palms (IOP)-2 ($750k, $4M), Wild Dunes-1, Daniel Island-5.

5 Daniel Island homes under contract were listed from $719k-$1.6M. Median $800, $279/sf. 

12 James Island homes under contract were listed from $275k-$554k. Median $325k, $202/sf. 

32 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $165k-$724k.  Median $299k, $159/sf. 

19 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $55k-$330k.  Median $198k, $118/sf. 

85 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $123k-$495k.  Median $235k, $127/sf. 

78 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $50k-$524k. Median $225k, $124/ 

72 condo/townhomes under contract!!!  Only 2 were either fc/ss and 5 were new construction.
