April 2017 Market Update
We are well into the Spring market, and real estate sales are maintaing momentum! Overall, through the first quarter, we are up 13.6% in the number of transactions over the same time period from 2016. Some predict that 2017 will be  busiest year ever in Charleston!
Sales prices are up 4.5% across the board. North Mount Pleasant remains ahead of the curve, and we are already seeing the impact of Volvo as sales sore in Summerville and North Charleston. 
It has taken longer for the Summerville and Goose Creek areas to recover their prices after the recession, but that is finally changing!
