35 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $264k-$1.85M. Median
$569k, $231/sf. Only 3 new construction.

10 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $525k-$5M. Median
$864k, $395/sf. 

31 Island homes under contract.  James Island -17, Folly Beach -1, John's Island-6, Wadmalaw-1, Sullivan's Island -1, Isle of Palms (IOP)-2, Wild Dunes-1, Daniel Island- 2.
