Spring in Charleston SCJames Island, Mt. Pleasant and West Ashley had very strong week!  324 homes under contract with a median list price $310k, $159/sf.  Median 21 CDOM. Median year built 2001
Only 4 of the 324 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss). 9 were new construction.

53 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $310k-$1.4M.  Median $599k, $231/sf.  5 new construction. 

7 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $225k-$1.4M. 

54 Charleston island homes under contract this past week. James Island -23, Folly Beach-1, John's- Island 9, Wadmalaw Island-1, Edisto Beach-3, Seabrook Island-4, Sullivan's Island-2, IOP-3, Wild Dunes-2, Daniel Island-6.

23 James Island homes under contract were listed from $190k-$2.1M. Median $383k, $230/sf.& 

9 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $260k-$702k. Median $340k, $174/sf. 

42 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $70k-$550k.  Median $305k, $168/sf. 

25 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $110k-$350k. Median $225k, $135/sf. 3 were new construction. 

55 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $100k-$736k. Median $269k, $127/sf. 

79 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $65k-$695. Median $250k, $133/sf.  0 fc/ss and 8 new construction. 

73 condo/townhomes under contract and only 1 was either a fc/ss.
