28 Mount Pleasant family homes under contract last week were listed from $229k - $1.2M. Median $445k, $194/sf. 0 fc/ss.
30 Island family homes under contract last week. James Island -9, Folly Beach -1, Johns Island -7, Kiawah Island -2, Edisto Island - 1, Seabrook Island -3, Wild Dunes-2 ($1.1M, $1.25M), Daniel Island -5.
