34 Mt. Pleasant single family homes went under contract over the past week and were listed from $220k - $2.1M. Median price was $455k, $187/sf. 12 over $500k. 2 under $145/sf. Only 2(6%) were fc/ss. 4(12%) were new construction.
5 Peninsula Charleston single family homes went under contract over the past week and were listed at $285k, $319k, $389k, $499k, $950k. Only 1 was south of the crosstown.
