When my 86 year old father decided to sell his house and move to an independant living complex... He listed it with a local broker that put it in MLS and forgot about it! My father pulled it off the market this past summer and decided to just stay in his house until the market got better. A few months later he asked if I would help him get the house sold, as he was tired of living in a big house alone. I decided that this needed to be a priority... So I called Ed! The very next day, he provided all the comps, what he and his team would do to sell the house, suggestions as to price and what he felt about how long it may take to sell it. Ed was able to bring us a contract in a matter of weeks... My Father was please with the price but I was fearing that I couldn't get him out of the house and in his apatment by the proposed closing date... When I talked to Ed about this, as usual he said let me see what I can do. He not only got me the two weeks I felt I needed, but got me a month! This was such a blessing do to the fact that this was over the holiday season. I also want to mention Jill... No matter what the question, what time of the day, or what the problem may be...
