278 single family homes under contract last week with a median list price $236k, $120/sf. 8 under $100k. 6 over $1M.  

6% of 278 homes under contract last week were either foreclosures/short sales (fc/ss) and 18% new construction.  

35 Mount Pleasant homes under contract last week were listed from $125k - $4.7M. Median $482k, $190/sf. 0 fc/ss and 6 were new construction.

6 Peninsula Charleston homes under contract last week were listed from  $323k - $1.5M.

43 island homes under contract last week. James Island - 21, Folly Beach -1, John's Island -10, Wadmalaw Island -2, Edisto Beach - 1, Seabrook Island -1, Isle of Palms (IOP) -4 ($550k - $5.5M), Wild Dunes -2, Daniel Island -1.

21 James Island homes under contract last week were listed  from $165k - $468k.  Median $310k, $161/sf. 1 fc/ss and 5 new construction.

10 Johns Island homes under contract last week were listed  from $175k - $1.2M. Median $295k, $137/sf. 1fc/ss and 2 new construction.

29 West Ashley under contract last week were listed from $155k - $849k. Median $278k, $143/sf. 1 fc/ss and 3 new construction. 

24 North Charleston homes under contract last week were listed from $45k - $365k. Median $180k, $105/sf. 1 fc/ss and 6 new construction. 

53 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract last week were listed from $103k - $599k.  Median $175k, $105/sf. 3 fc/ss and 2 new construction.

81 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract last week were listed from $52k - $530k.  Median $195k, $99/sf.  9fc/ss and 24 new construction.  

69 condo/townhomes under contract last week and 20 were in Mount Pleasant, SC  3 fc/ss and 7 new construction.
