233 Charleston single family homes under contract last week with a median price $223k, $111/sf. 27 (12%) of the 233 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).

37 Mt Pleasant homes went under contract and were listed from $240k - $1.1M.  Median $460k, $180/sf. 12 over $500k. Only one was fc/ss. 

10 Peninsula Charleston homes under contract last week listed from $180k - $2.65M.

33 Island homes under contract last week. James Island -13, Folly Beach -2 ($360k, $875k), Johns Island  -7, Edisto Beach -2, Sullivan's Island -
1 ($1.1M), Isle of Palms -5, Daniel Island -3 ($715k,$819k,$1.6M)
13 James Island homes under contract last week were listed from $59k - $649k. Median $270k, $151/sf. 0 fc/ss.  1 new construction.
7 Johns Island homes under contract last week were listed from $94k-$430k. Median $236k, $125/sf. 1 (fc/ss)

23 West Ashley homes under contract last week listed from $60k - $599k. Median $220k, $122/sf. 5(22%) were either fc/ss.

16 North Charleston homes under contract last week were listed from $22k - $189k. Median $115k, $73/sf. 4 were either fc/ss.

59 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract last week listed from $75k - $585k. Median $168k, $93ft. 7(12%) fc/ss.

51 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract last week listed from $35k - $389k. 6 (12%) were either fc/ss.
