22 Mount Pleasant Sc homes under contract last week listed from $205k- $1.8M. Median $351k, $155/sqft. 4 over $500k. 4 under $135/sqft. 7 under 2000sqft.
  27% of 22 Mt Pleasant homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales. 18% new construction.
