262 single family homes under contract this past week with a median list price of $250k, $127/sf.

3% of 262 homes under contract were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss).  8% new construction. 

39 Mount Pleasant sc homes under contract were listed from $160k - $1.2M. Median $449k, $191/sf. 15% new construction.

7 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from $439k - $2M. Median $695k, $329/sf.

37 Island homes under contract past week. James Island -14, Johns Island -10, Kiawah Island -1($2.35M), Edisto Beach-1, Seabrook Island -2, Sullivan's Island-1 ($2.6M), Isle of Palms -1 , Wild Dunes -2, Daniel Island -5.

14 James Island homes under contract were listed from $190k - $550k.  Median$295k, $205/sf. 

10 Johns Island homes under contract were listed from $150k-$520k. Median $251k, $152/sf. 

28 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $25k-$525k. Median$265k, $152/sf. 2 new construction.

17 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $20k-$249k.  Median$161k, $102/sf. 

69 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $63k-$895k. Median$197k, $103/sf. 

57 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract were listed from $90k-$700k. Median $189k, $107/sf. 

71 condo/townhomes under contract this past week. 15 were in Mt. Pleasant.
