259 single family homes under contract had a median list price $245k, $131/sf. 

11 of 259 homes under contract last week were either foreclosures or short sales (fc/ss)

28 Mount Pleasant homes under contract were listed from $235k - $750k. Median

$364k, $197/sf. 

8 Charleston Peninsula homes under contract were listed from from $435k - $1.85M. 2 Median $657k, $371/sf. 

49 island homes under contract last week. James Island -21, Folly Beach -2, Johns Island -9, Edisto Beach -2, Sullivan's Island -2, Isle of Palms -5, Wild Dunes-1, Dewees Island -2, Daniel Island-5

21 James Island single family homes under contract were listed from $170k - $585k. Median $273k, $178/sf. 

9 Johns Island homes under contract last week were listed from $186k - $624k. Median $265k, $165/sf. 

29 West Ashley homes under contract were listed from $85k - $599k. Median $240k, $153/sf. 0 new construction.

22 North Charleston homes under contract were listed from $58k - $340k. Median $204k, $114/sf. 

55 Summerville/Ladson homes under contract were listed from $52k - Median $211k, 107sf.  4 were either fc/ss.

• 62 Hanahan/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner homes under contract last week were listed from $58k - $490k. Median $206k, $105/sf.

• 85 condo/townhomes went under contract last week! 20 were from Mt. Pleasant and only 1 was either a fc/ss.
